CASAHOME SPAIN by Vidar Evensen is registered as a real estate agent in the Valencia region. To be a real estate agent in the Valencia region on the Costa Blanca, you must by law be registered in the real estate agent register in Valencia. Only registered brokers are allowed to broker the sale of property.

From October 2023, everyone who works with real estate agents must be registered in a special register for real estate agents. CASAHOME SPAIN is already registered. To register, training, a bank guarantee and liability insurance valid throughout the EU are required. The bank guarantee is 60,000 euros for real estate agents with an office (physical address). For brokers without a physical address, the bank guarantee is 300,000 euros per year and business year.

The liability insurance must cover up to 600,000 euros (maximum 150,000 euros per customer). For brokers without a physical office, the insurance must cover one million euros (but a maximum of 150,000 euros per customer). The broker is obliged to make information about registration, bank guarantees and insurance easily available to its customers. All registered brokers receive a QR code that, when scanned, shows the license number, issued bank guarantees and insurance.
